This client was looking to maximize the value on his property, so we pulled out all the stops. We designed this 790 sq ft rental ADU to flow from the living and dining area to the back of the unit, culminating in a pair of large doors which lead to a private backyard. Complemented by exposed beams on the main floor, striking views of the St. Johns Bridge from the second story, and classic A-frame styling, this is one of the most luxurious ADUs we’ve designed.
