Our client wanted to move their family into an ADU so they could rent their house to guests. To build them a new home, we tore down this client’s unused garage, saving the fir wood to be used throughout the new unit. The result is stunning: A two-story, 792 sq ft ADU with reclaimed fir floors, windows and bannisters. An ADU can be a home for an entire family and an investment opportunity alike.
