Our client is near one of Portland’s energetic neighborhoods and wanted to earn extra income with an Air BnB rental. Her existing house is traditional, Portland, craftsman – so the ADU followed the homes traditional detailing to keep the vibe and original feeling for the property. This is a fairly typical ADU with access from the existing driveway and then upon entering the ADU – the view is re-orientated with large doors/windows to a large outdoor area devoted to the ADU.
