You can build an ADU in the smallest of spaces. We incorporated this 374 sq ft unit next to our client’s garage and included plenty of storage, including a loft and multiple closets. Even in this snug space we had plenty of room for vaulted ceilings, bay windows, and stately butcher’s block countertops.
