Our client, a young couple, was looking to generate some additional income on their corner lot home. The trouble was that they had a dilapidated garage where they wanted their ADU. We tore it down and installed an adorable 450 sq ft one bedroom ADU complete with cathedral ceilings, heat pump, and a front porch perfect for guests.
