Located in a Historic-designated home in the heart of Portland’s Irvington neighborhood, the exterior of this basement ADU had to match all of the home’s design features. No problem! We created a handsome, 800 sq ft unit with classical features including high ceilings, a fireplace, and a set of windows with a well to ensure the unit got plenty of sunlight. This ADU is every bit as dignified as the main home.
