Corner lots are gold as an ADU can be built behind the existing house and have its own street frontage and curb appeal while not detracting from the main house.  On this ADU we took advantage of the large backyard by creating a linear ADU with lots of street frontage.  The main living space has a cathedral ceiling to make the space live larger than it actually is.  The bedrooms and bathrooms then have traditional 9’ ceilings with a storage loft above.
