This ADU was for my older brother who was looking to make a little extra money, so he moved from his house into this svelte 320 sq ft ADU. We designed this stylish unit with exposed beams, a large sliding door and skylights to keep it filled with light and air, not to mention the heated floors which keep it at a steady 70 degrees. Finished with upscale detailing and plenty of greenery, this ADU punches well above its weight.
